Fast Idle

1. Place the transmission in Neutral or Park.
2. Bring engine to normal operating temperature.
3. Disconnect the vacuum hose at the EGR valve and plug.

4180C-4V Carburetor - Fast Idle RPM Adjustment:

4. Place the fast idle adjustment on the specified step of the fast idle cam. Check and adjust fast idle rpm to specification.
5. Rev engine momentarily, place fast idle adjustment on the specified step and recheck fast idle rpm.
6. Remove plug from EGR vacuum hose and reconnect.
