TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS
PARTS ORDERING:
Order all requirements directly from FIES Wixom, using the mailing address on page No. 1 of this Bulletin. Do not order recall parts from FPSD International Distribution Operations. LABOR TIMES: Inspect the fuel injector build date and, if necessary, replace the injector, adjust the idle speed to specification, replace the electronic engine control (EEC) processor, prepare and attach an Authorized Modifications (Form FPS-8262) Decal
When the Injector is NOT replaced 1.8 Hrs. Insert in Box "B" of Form 1864

When the Injector IS replaced 2.2 Hrs. Insert in Box "C" of Form 1864
(Include administrative allowance)

Administrative Allowance 0.1 Hr.
The 0.1 hour administrative allowance must be added before inserting the total labor time in either Box "B" or "C" of the Form 1864.
REMOVED PARTS RETURN:
Mutilate and scrap all removed injectors and EEC processors.
