1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove cluster and finish panel retaining screws, Fig. 35.
3. Remove instrument panel pad retaining screws in front or on ends of panel.
4. Remove instrument panel pad retaining screws in top defroster openings, and remove pad.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
