1. Carefully install the heater core and seal assembly into the plenum assembly. Visually check to make certain that core seal is properly positioned.
2. Install the inlet and outlet tube bracket retaining screw.
3. Position the heater core cover and install the four retaining screws and tighten.

Evaporator Case/Plenum Removal:

4. Install the plenum assembly.
