Fast Idle

1. Place the transmission in Neutral or Park.
2. Bring engine to normal operating temperature.
3. Disconnect the vacuum hose at the EGR valve and plug.
4. Disconnect and plug vacuum hose at fast idle pulldown motor.
5. Set the fast idle lever on the specified step of the fast idle cam.

CFI - Fast Idle RPM Adjustment:

6. Check/Adjust fast Idle rpm.
7. Remove plug from EGR vacuum hose and reconnect.
8. Remove plug from fast idle pulldown motor vacuum hose and reconnect.
