Subject: 1984 Tempo/Topaz Early Driveability and Other Product Concerns


The purpose of this letter is to provide you with diagnostic and service information for product concerns on the 1984 Tempo/Topaz that have been identified by early field indicators. The concerns are generally low frequency, but represent concerns that have been difficult to diagnose and service for some dealers. Attachments I and II contain a list of driveability and other concerns, respectively. We plan to publish TSB articles as soon as possible for all of the concerns included in the attachments. Warranty Claim preparation instructions are provided in Attachment III.
