3. Carefully install the choke housing shaft assembly into the choke housing, paying particular attention to the following:

a. Use caution not to roll or damage teflon bushing.
b. Both shaft arms must be to the left of the fast idle cam moulded plastic steps.

c. The cam spring tab must be located to the left of the fast idle cam lever. Install primary choke link to dechoke lever and dechoke lever to choke housing shaft. Install washer and nut, tighten to 1.6 N-m (14.2 lb.in).

Check for freedom of movement of the choke mechanism.



SPECIFICATIONS
4. Install the electric choke cap assembly as outlined.

Air Horn

Assembly
1. Install a new air horn gasket.
2. Install the inlet needle seat and gasket. Tighten to 6 N-m (53 lb.in).
3. Install the inlet needle float and float hinge pin.
4. Install the air horn assembly to the main body by opening the throttle lever to clear the choke housing. Install the six air horn screws. Tighten to 2.4 N-m (21.2 lb.in).
5. Install new fuel filter. Tighten to 11.3 N-m (100 lb.in).
