Test 13, Ground Circuit

Ground Circuit Test Connections:

1. With ignition ``Off,'' install straight pin in module black wire, Fig. 9. Do not allow straight pin to touch engine ground.
2. Using a suitable voltmeter, connect negative lead to engine ground and positive lead to black wire pin.
3. Turn ignition to the ``Run'' position, measure voltage.
4. If voltage obtained was more than 0.5 volts, proceed to test 14. If voltage obtained was less than 0.5 volts, replace ignition module.
