Fig. 8--With carburetor removed from engine, hold secondary throttle plates closed, then turn secondary throttle shaft lever adjusting screw out until throttle plates seat in throttle bores. Turn adjusting screw in until it just makes contact with secondary lever, then turn screw in an additional 1/4 turn.
