Upper Intake Manifold

4-97.6 Engine

1. Remove fuel charging assembly as previously described.
2. Disconnect throttle position sensor and air bypass valve electrical connectors from wiring harness.
3. Remove manifold attaching bolts and manifold.
4. Remove and discard gasket from manifold.
5. Reverse procedure to install, using a new gasket. Torque manifold attaching bolts to 15 - 22 ft. lbs.
