FORD 1983 THUNDERBIRD

LINCOLN-MERCURY 1983 COUGAR

The 1983 Shop Manual, Suffix B, Group 12, page 12-02-7, has an error in the chart covering Bore Diameters for Brake Drum, Wheel Cylinder, and Master Cylinder. In this chart, the Thunderbird/XR7 listing for Rear Wheel Cylinder Bore Diameter was incorrectly shown as 0.8125 inch. This should have read 0.750 inch. Also, the XR7 Vehicle Designation should have read Cougar to indicate the new 1983 model. Please correct your existing 1983 Shop Manual Suffix B to reflect this information.
