Oil Cooler: Service and Repair

TURBOCHARGED & EFI ENGINES ONLY
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Drain engine oil and remove oil filter.
3. Drain cooling system.
4. Remove clamps retaining coolant hoses onto oil cooler, then the hoses.
5. Remove oil filter adapter insert, then the oil cooler from engine.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
