DESCRIPTION
The throttle kicker solenoid, Figs. 12 and 13 and throttle kicker actuator, Fig. 14, are used when additional throttle opening is required. This system is actuated when the engine coolant temperature is below or above a specific value, or the vehicle is above a specific altitude. At all other times, this system is deactivated. The low and high engine coolant temperature and altitude values are calibrated into the system.
