After removing the cover as outlined above, crank the engine until the timing marks are aligned as shown in Fig. 8. Remove camshaft sprocket retaining bolt, washer, fuel pump eccentric and spacer, if equipped. Slide both sprockets and chain forward and remove them as an assembly. Reverse procedure to install the chain and sprockets, being sure the timing marks are aligned.
