Damage to Seat Coverings

When removing the seat cushion or backrest cover, make sure that the staple wires are unclipped from the upper side (cover side) and out of the staple clips. The number of broken staple clips has been increasing.

When removing, do not twist or use excess pressure or the entire padding will have to be replaced. Document AR91.18P1820W describes the procedure for removing/installing the seat covers.
