Positioning device





1 Install positioning device (1) on both man bearings (2) and windshield crossmember (3) aid of helper.
The positioning device (1) should reach into the cutout (arrow A) on the windshield crossmember (3) and make contact with the side padding (arrows B) on the windshield crossmember (3) without gap.
2 Tighten knurled screws (4) into threaded hole (arrows C).





3 Center Vario roof with positioning device (1) with left and right adjustment screw (5).
Tighten adjustment screw (5) only slightly. Otherwise the rear fenders can be damaged.
The left and right scales on the positioning device (1) should indicate the same value.
4 Tighten bolts (6) on left and right center console (7).
Observe specified tightening torque.
Bolts (9) on left and right rear main bearing mount (11) are tightened later.
5 Remove positioning device (1).
