1 Stick Velcro strip (21) onto Universal Media Interface control unit (1).





2 Connect white 32-pin coupling (5) to Universal Media Interface control unit (1).
3 Connect black coupling (15.2) and white coupling (16.2) to Universal Media Interface control unit (1).
4 Connect pink GPS antenna coupling (18.1) to Universal Media Interface control unit (1).
5 Connect black 18-pin coupling (2.1) of connecting cable to Universal Media Interface control unit (1).
Only on vehicles without code (518) Media interface.
6 Connect blue 4-pin coupling (2.2 or 23.2) of connecting cable to Universal Media Interface control unit (1).





7 Stick Universal Media Interface control unit (1) to rear of front passenger footwell footrest (26).
In doing so, align the Universal Media Interface control unit (1) to the lower edge and the left outer edge. After installation of the front passenger footwell footrest (26) the black coupling (15.2), white coupling (16.2) and the white 32- pin coupling (5) must face upwards.
