AR41.10-P-0086-04T Correcting center articulation angle at propeller shaft intermediate bearing
- Joint 2-piece

Propeller Shaft Intermediate Bearing:

Crossmember And Front Reinforcement:

Correct articulation angle in the center (2)
To correct the inclination angle, install the shop-made shims at the propeller shaft center support bearing. A 1 mm thick shim changes the inclination angle by approx. 0.17 degrees.

When using shims > 2 mm thick, increase the bolt length by 5 mm.

If a shim > 5 mm thick is required, check the front engine mount and rear engine mount for signs of settling or wear and replace if necessary.
