AR35.10-P-0050-02SX Remove, install rear rubber mount of rear axle center assembly suspension

Component Identification:

Removing
1 Mount hollow piston cylinder (07) using hydraulic hose (023) to hand pump (021).
2 Mount extraction and insertion tool using hollow piston cylinder (07) to rear axle carrier (5) and rubber mount (10).
3 Press rubber mounts (10) forward out of rear axle carrier (5). When turning the spindle (03) into the thrust piece (01), make sure that the spare tire well is not damaged. If the hollow piston cylinder (07) has reached its max. stroke, release pressure at the hand pump (021), turn the spindle (03) further into the thrust piece (01) and repeat the pressing procedure.

Component Identification:

Install
4 Fit new rubber mount (10) onto rear axle carrier (5) from front.

Observe installation position: The narrow bars (10s) of the rubber mount (10) must face up or down.

Component Identification:

5 Insert stop (06) from rear into bore on rear axle carrier (5).

The hole (arrow) in the stop (06) must face downward.

6 Apply extraction and insertion tool using hollow piston cylinder (07) to rubber mount (10).
7 Press rubber mount (10) into rear axle carrier (5).

When turning the spindle (03) into the stop (06), make sure that the spare tire well is not damaged.

If the hollow piston cylinder (07) has reached its max. stroke, release pressure at the hand pump (021), turn the spindle (03) further into the stop (06) and repeat the pressing procedure.
The shape of the stop (06) determines the end position of the rubber mount (10) in the rear axle carrier (5).
