AR01.20-P-5014-03SXI Bolt Tightening Procedure For Cylinder Head Cover








Tightening of bolts (1 to 30) should be according to the sequence given in the tightening pattern. Loosen bolts in reverse order.





Shown on right cylinder head cover

Tighten bolts (1) up to (30) for the cylinder head cover in the specified numerical sequence.

1 Tighten bolts (8 to 11) according to Stage 1.
2 Tighten bolts (1 to 30) according to Stage 2.
3 Tighten bolts (1 to 30) according to Stage 3.





Tighten bolts (1 to 28) for the cylinder head cover in the specified numerical sequence.

4 Tighten bolts (8 to 11) according to Stage 1.
5 Tighten bolts (1 to 28) according to Stage 2.
6 Tighten bolts (1 to 28) according to Stage 3.
