Workshop Equipment:

1. Determine position and dimensions of cutout (5) for the night view assist camera wiring harness using the old headliner (1) as a reference.
2. Lay down new headliner (1) with rear pointing upward and place suitable spacers in front area of new headliner (1), e.g. foam material or styrofoam blocks.
Do not use hard or sharp-edged objects to prevent damaging the new headliner cover (1).
The spacers prevent the new headliner (1) from being bent or damaged during the following work step.

3. Mark dimensions and position determined for the cutout (5) for the night view assist camera wiring harness on new headliner (1).
4. Saw cutout (5) for night view assist camera wiring harness out of new headliner (1).
Use metal saw blade, otherwise headliner (1) can be damaged.
Cut out within marked cutting line, otherwise cutout will be too large.
