1 If control unit bracket (49) is installed in luggage compartment on right as per picture, remove control unit bracket (49).







2 If there is a tab (51) (see enlarged detail) on control unit bracket (49), separate tab (51) from control unit bracket (49) as per picture (see enlarged detail).

Ensure that the bracket and other component are not damaged.

3 Deburr separation point at control unit bracket (49).







4 Fasten special vehicle multifunction control unit (SVMCU [MSS]) (N26/9) using two sheet metal screw (50) from parts kit on control unit bracket (49) as per picture.







5 Install control unit bracket (49) with special vehicle multifunction control unit (SVMCU [MSS]) (N26/9).
