SPLITVIEW Activation/Deactivation

Due to various state laws, SPLITVIEW is currently only allowed in certain states. As of January 1, 2012, the state of Illinois now allows SPLITVIEW.

All Vehicles equipped with SPLITVIEW will arrive with this feature de-activated from the factory. Activation can only occur as outlined in LI82.85-P-048667.

This feature is currently prohibited on vehicles registered in, or functioning on vehicles while traveling through the following 5 states:

To activate SPLITVIEW, connect SDS to the vehicle and ONLY activate after first confirming whether your state prohibited this technology by acknowledging your compliance.

The Dealer is responsible and will be held accountable for ensuring proper activation; or deactivation, if a vehicle with SPLITVIEW that has been previously activated needs to be deactivated before retailed in a prohibited state.
