AN82.60-P-0001-11SX Retrofit TV Tuner Fiber Optic Cable

Component Identification:

1 Remove blue fuse (7) from the black 2-pin coupling (3) supplied.
2 Remove protective cap (6) from one side of the fiber optic cable 3 (4.1) supplied and install fiber optic cable 3 (4.1) in input contact cavity (arrow A) of black 2-pin coupling (3).

Pay attention to arrows on the black 2-pin coupling (3).

3 Remove protective cap (6) from one side of the fiber optic cable 4 (4.2) supplied and install fiber optic cable 4 (4.2) in output contact cavity (arrow B) of black 2-pin coupling (3).

Pay attention to arrows on the black 2-pin coupling (3).

4 Install blue fuse (7) in black 2-pin coupling (3) and place protective sheaths (8) on fiber optic cable 3 (4.1) and on fiber optic cable 4 (4.2).
5 Remove black 2-pin coupling (1) from vehicle's own black 4-pin carrier body (1.1).

The black 4-pin carrier body (1.1) was connected to the audio tuner control unit.

6 Remove blue fuse (7) from vehicle's own black 2-pin coupling (1).







7 Remove fiber optic cable 2 (2.2) from output contact cavity (arrow B) of black 2-pin coupling (1).

The fiber optic cable 1 (2.1) is not removed.

8 Remove protective sheath (9) from fiber optic cable 2 (2.2).
9 Install free end of fiber optic cable 3 (4.1) in free output contact cavity of black 2-pin coupling (1).
10 Insert the fiber optic cable 2 (2.2) that was removed from the black 2-pin coupling (1) into the connection piece (5).
11 Insert free end of fiber optic cable 4 (4.2) into connection piece (5).
12 Lock connection piece (5).







13 Install blue fuse (7) in black 2-pin coupling (1).
14 Place the protective sheaths (9) that were previously removed from the fiber optic cable onto the fiber optic cable 3 (4.1).
15 Install black 2-pin coupling (1) in black 4-pin carrier body (1.1).
