Component Identification:

1 Remove insulation from TV tuner wiring harness (1).
2 Cut off any brown 2-pin coupling (14) from either the black line (sw) or black/white line (sw/ws), which are twisted together.
3 Expose black line (sw) or black/white line (sw/ws), from which the brown 2-pin coupling (14) was cut off, as far as the branch-off line (arrow).
4 Expose branch-off line with blue 10-pin coupling (7) and black 12-pin coupling (2).

To install the TV combination tuner (analog/digital), only the branch-off lines with the blue 10-pin coupling (7) and the black 12-pin coupling (2) are required. The rest of the TV tuner wiring harness (1) is a discontinued part.

The following connections can be found at the branch-off line with the blue 10-pin coupling (7) and the black 12-pin coupling (2):
- Black 12-pin coupling (3)
- Gray/red line (gr/rt)
- Brown line (br) of ground (left wheel arch in trunk) (W6)
- Turquoise fuse carrier (6)
- Screened line (sc) and transparent line (tr)
- Orange line (or)
- and the black line (sw) and black/white line (sw/ws), which are twisted together

5 Wrap insulation tape around branch-off line with blue 10-pin coupling (7) and black 12-pin coupling (2) in accordance with the length measurements listed below.

- Branch off brown line (br) of ground (left wheel arch in trunk) (W6) according to dimension (a) behind the black 12- pin coupling (2).
- Branch off turquoise fuse carrier (6) according to dimension (b) behind the black 12-pin coupling (2).
- Branch off gray/red line (gr/rt) according to dimension (c) behind the black 12-pin coupling (2).
- Branch off orange line (or) according to dimension (d) behind the black 12-pin coupling (2).
- Route black line (sw) and black/white line (sw/ws) to blue 10-pin coupling (7).
