AN82.60-P-0001-01SX Install TV Tuner In Trunk

Work procedure shown on vehicles with code (810) Sound system

1 Unscrew nuts (6) and remove audio tuner control unit (N93/1) out of bracket (4).
2 Insert audio tuner control unit (N93/1) into new bracket (5) and screw down using nuts (6).
3 Insert TV combination tuner (analog/ digital) (A90/1) into bracket (5) and screw down using nut (arrow).







4 Place bracket (5) with TV combination tuner (analog/digital) (A90/1) and audio tuner control unit (N93/1) in trunk.
5 Connect black 4-pin coupling (7) to the bottom of the audio tuner control unit (N93/1).
6 Connect yellow 1-pin coupling (8) to the bottom of the audio tuner control unit (N93/1).
7 Connect black 1-pin coupling (9) to the bottom of the audio tuner control unit (N93/1).







8 Align bracket (5) with TV combination tuner (analog/digital) (A90/1) and audio tuner control unit (N93/1) in trunk and screw down using nut (10) and screws/bolts (16).
9 Route audio tuner wiring harness (13) and fiber optic cables (14) along the side of the bracket (5) and fix in place using cable tie (15).
10 Connect black 14-pin coupling (12) to audio tuner control unit (N93/1).







11.1 Connect white 14-pin coupling (11) to audio tuner control unit (N93/1).

On vehicles with code (810) Sound system.

11.2 Connect black 4-pin coupling to audio tuner control unit (N93/1).
12 Insert the fiber optic cable (14) coming from the audio tuner control unit (N93/1) with the black 2-pin fiber optic cable coupling (19) into the black 12-pin contact carrier (2).
13 Remove cover above fiber optic cable connection on TV combination tuner (analog/digital) (A90/1).
14 Connect black 12-pin contact carrier (2) and black 12-pin coupling (3) of the TV tuner wiring harness (1) to the TV combination tuner (analog/digital) (A90/1).
15 Connect black 4-pin coupling (18) of the antenna amplifier wiring harness (17) to the TV combination tuner (analog/ digital) (A90/1).

In vehicles without code (810) Sound system. The black 4-pin coupling is installed in vehicles without code (810) Sound system instead of the white 14-pin coupling (11).
