1 Open glove box lid.
2 Clip bracket (2) for COMAND remote control into corresponding cutouts (arrows A and B) in glove box (3).

Note the installation position of the bracket (2). The cutout (arrow A) is T-shaped.







3 Remove battery compartment cover (1.1) from COMAND remote control (1), insert the batteries supplied into the COMAND remote control (1) and close battery compartment cover (1.1) again.
4 Insert COMAND remote control (1) into bracket (2) in glove box (3).
