Reason for change Adapted remedy for US market.

Complaint:
Poor audio quality from all audio sources. The complaint occurs only after a software update of the sound amplifier with XENTRY version 01/2013.

Cause:
Software of SOUND System sound amplifier (N4013) with version 08/15.04

Remedy:
The software of the sound amplifier must be flashed again. To do this, contact the SDS User Help Desk and request that they create an XSF ticket.
