AZ88.20-P-0010-02EC Install Spoiler On Front Bumper.
- except CODE (772) AMG styling package - front spoiler, side skirts, and rear apron
- except CODE (950) AMG sport package

Repair Materials:

1. Clean bonding surfaces (cross-hatched areas).

The areas to be bonded must be free of dust and grease.







Helper required to assemble front spoiler (1).

2. Install front spoiler (1) on bumper, center and mark position with adhesive tape (2).

Ensure that the distance to the outside sides is the same on left and right.

3. Cut adhesive tape (2) with knife in gap between front spoiler (1) and bumper.

Do not damage paint layer on bumper or front spoiler (1).

4. Remove front spoiler (1)







5. Remove protective foils (4) on side adhesive strips from front spoiler (1).
6. Slightly remove protective foils (3) from adhesive strips on front spoiler (1) at ends and bend 45° in direction of outer edge.

If necessary, fix bent protective foils (3) in place on outside of front spoiler (1) with adhesive tape.







7. Place front spoiler (1) on bumper and align to previously attached adhesive tapes (2).

Fix front spoiler (1) in place at corners with adhesive tape (5).







8. Remove protective foil (3) in increments of 15 to 20 cm starting at one side and firmly press on front spoiler (1).

When pressing on, press directly on adhesive strips on front spoiler (1) to prevent adhesion problems. The maximum adhesive force is reached after approx. 72 hours at 20 °C. Avoid any contact with moisture (e.g. rain, fog, carwash) within the first 24 hours. Prevent any mechanical stress.

Do not remove protective foil (3) all at once. To increase processing reliability when installing front spoiler (1), conclude by pressing front spoiler (1) down on bumper using clean cotton rag, starting at one side.

9. Remove adhesive tape (5).







10. Tighten front spoiler (1) with bolts (6 and 7) included in installation kit.
