AR67.20-P-5145QA Remove/Install Rear Window












DANGER!
- Injury hazard from roll bar extending
- Before working in the area of the roll bar pull rear head restraints out by hand.
- Risk of injury. Moving parts can pinch, crush or, in extreme cases even sever extremities.
- Keep body parts and limbs well clear of moving parts.

1 Unscrew nut (1) on both sides.
- Nut to rear window frame = 5 Nm
2 Pull inner headliner (2) out in area of rear window (3).
3 Disconnect heated window coupling (6).
4 Disconnect heated window coupling (7).
5 Unscrew nuts (4).
- Nut to rear window frame = 5 Nm
6 Remove rear window (3).

NOTE: Lay rear window (3) down on suitable subsurface.

7 Heat rubber on wall (5) with hot air blower and scrape off

CAUTION!
Always replace rubber on wall (5) after removing rear window to prevent water ingress.

NOTE: New part delivered without rubber on wall.

8 Install in reverse order
