AR77.39-P-3700QA Remove/Install Soft Top Bow (Down/Up) Limit Switch







DANGER!
- Injury hazard from roll bar extending
- Before working in the area of the roll bar pull rear head restraints out by hand.
- Risk of injury. Moving parts can pinch, crush or, in extreme cases even sever extremities.
- Keep body parts and limbs well clear of moving parts.

1 Cover vehicle in rear area

NOTE: To prevent scratching the paint during assembly work.

2 Close soft top

NOTE: Leave soft top bow and soft top compartment cover in upright position

3 Unclip safety bolts (4) and remove soft top bow hydraulic cylinder (5).
4 Lay soft top bow hydraulic cylinder (5) down

NOTE: To achieve better accessibility to soft top bow limit switch

5 Separate connector (1)
6 Unscrew bolt (2)
7 Unclip soft top bow limit switch (up/down) (S84/15) from soft top bow (3).
8 Unclip soft top bow limit switch (up/down) (S84/15) from soft top support (6) and remove from vehicle
9 Install in reverse order
