Complaint:
Roller blind of load compartment cover does not roll up completely and sags.

Cause:
Roller blind jams in guide rails.

Remedy:
Grease guide rails on left and right with plastics lubricant POLYGLUB GLY 801 as per attachment.

Then check surroundings for proper fit and protective measures.
