GF27.60-P-5167ACW Locking Solenoid For Selector Lever Positions R and P, Component Description
GF27.60-P-5167ACW Locking solenoid for selector lever positions R and P, component description
- TRANSMISSION 722.618/640/646/695/699
Component Identification:
Location
The locking solenoid for selector lever positions R and P is integrated into the electronic selector lever module control unit.
Task
Depending on the condition, the locking solenoid for selector lever positions R and P prevents any shifting from selector lever position "P" or a change over from selector lever position "N" to"R" (R/P interlock).
R/P interlock design
- Locking lever
- Selector lever positions R and P locking solenoid
- Rocker
- Rocker leaf spring
- Rocker arm
- Rocker arm leaf spring
Component Identification:
At a vehicle speed of >8 km/h the locking solenoid for selector lever positions R and P is actuated by the electronic selector lever module control unit. The rocker arm (102) presses on the rocker (100), which is turned to the locking position.
The lock lever (69) rests against the rocker (100) and the selector lever (80) cannot be shifted to position R.
Component Identification:
Selector lever position "P" is locked when the selector lever positions R and P locking solenoid is not actuated by the electronic selector lever module control unit.
The preconditions are:
- No power supply to the electronic selector lever module control unit
- Brake pedal not actuated
When these requirements are met, the rocker (100) is held in front of the lock lever (69) by the force of the leaf spring (85).
It is not possible to shift the selector lever (80) out of selector lever position "P".
The locking solenoid for selector lever positions R and P is actuated when "circuit 15 is ON" and the brake pedal is operated.
The rocker arm (102) presses on the rocker (100), and the selector lever (80) can be shifted out of selector lever position "P".
