The work procedure is shown on the right side of the vehicle as example.
1 Remove quick-release coupling (16).
Only model 207, 212.
2 Pivot air ducting (5) to side and unscrew bolt (6).
Installation: Check gaps on bumper (9) with feeler gauge, adjust if necessary.
3 Loosen fender liner (7) in area of bumper (9) and lift out with assembly wedge.
4 Unscrew bolts (10).
5 Remove screw/bolt (11) of bracket (12).
Installation: Check gaps on bumper (9) with feeler gauge, adjust if necessary.
6 Pivot bracket (12) toward outside and press bumper (9) toward front.
Installation: Ensure that guide pin (15) on bumper (9) is seated correctly in front fender (8).
7 Pull bumper (9) toward front.
Carefully pull bumper (9) toward front to prevent damaging the bumper (9). Do not scratch or damage right front lamp unit (E2) or left front lamp unit (E1).
Installation: Ensure that guides (13) on bumper (9) are seated correctly in bracket (14).
8 Fasten in reverse order.
