AN82.61-P-7474-04CW Retrofit Antenna For Global Positioning System (GPS)

1 Glue three layers of self-adhesive foam material to the underside of the GPS antenna (retrofit) (A2/23).

Do not tape self-adhesive foam material onto the covering foil (top of antenna).







2 Wind felt tape around antenna line of GPS antenna (arrow).
3 Detach covering foil of GPS antenna (retrofit) (A2/23).

Adapter line is connected later to antenna line (2).







4 Bond GPS antenna (arrow) behind instrument cluster to underside of instrument cluster panel.
5 Detach covering foil of GPS antenna.

The GPS antenna's opening has to face the windshield. Press down self-adhesive foam material for installation.

6 Route antenna line into the radio recess.
