AR72.10-P-1950-04V Adjustment For Front Power Window
Front Door:
1. Move wedge shim (5) at rear of crank window (1) until number (arrow) below rear clamping jaw (4) can just still be seen.
2. Align bolt (3) in center in relation to rear clamping jaw (4) and tighten.
3. Align wedge shim (7) in center in relation to front clamping jaw (4) of crank window (1).
4. Align bolt (2) in bottom-most position in relation to front clamping jaw (4) and tighten.
5. Loosen bolts (2, 3) and adjust dimension "A" by moving wedge shims (5, 7) in direction of arrow
Dimension "A" is the distance from the crank window (1) to the inner surface of the waistline and is approx. 7.5 mm. The dimension A diminishes by moving wedge shims (5, 7) upward; by moving wedge shims (5, 7) downward, dimension A increases (arrows).
6. Tighten bolts (2, 3) with specified tightening torque.
7.1. Loosen nut (9) and adjust dimension "A" by moving guide rail (10) in direction of arrow.
Only if the adjustment possibility of the wedge shim is not sufficient to adjust the distance from the crank window to the inner surface of the waistline reinforcement.
8.1. Tighten nut (9) with specified tightening torque.
Only if nut (9) is loosened.
