AR77.30-P-3355QA Remove/Install Soft Top Seal on Soft Top Compartment Cover







Remove

DANGER!
Risk of injury. Moving parts can pinch, crush or, in extreme cases even sever extremities.
- Keep body parts and limbs well clear of moving parts.

1 Release soft top at front

NOTE: Set up soft top frame at front

2 Pull seal (1) on main pillar (2) on left and right out of roof frame channel
3 Set up soft top bow (5)

NOTE: Fold front soft top frame to front

4 Loosen bolts (3) on soft top bow
5 Pull out rear seal (12) between terminal strip (4) and soft top bow (5).

NOTE: Seal can tear

Install
6 Fold soft top up at front

NOTE: Soft top bow lowers.

7 Coat rear seal (1) with lubricant.
8 Move rear seal (1) into clamping channel of main pillar (2) at upper left and press in.
9 Fold up soft top bow (5)

NOTE: Fold front soft top frame to front

10 Press rear seal (1) from left to right between terminal strip (4) of main pillar (2).
11 Fold soft top up at front

NOTE: Soft top bow lowers.

12 Move rear seal (1) into clamping channel of main pillar (2) at upper right and press in.
13 Tighten bolts (3) on soft top bow (5).
