Component Identification:

1. Assemble testing unit.

2. Insert rod-side hydraulic line (2) into adapter (4).

Ensure that sealing ring (9) is seated correctly.

3. Lock latch (6) (arrow) and fasten with bolt (7).
4. Actuate soft top hydraulic pump with STAR DIAGNOSIS and read supply pressure off of pressure gauge (1).

If the pressure measured is less than the minimum supply pressure indicated in the table, replace soft top hydraulic pump.

If the reading measured reaches the minimum supply pressure, the soft top hydraulic pump is OK

5. Remove test equipment after test and disassemble.

It is not necessary to bleed the hydraulic system, as well as the soft top hydraulic pump, after the pressure test.
