AR77.37-P-4200-01QA Check Soft Top Hydraulic Cylinder For Inner Leakage

Special Tool:

1. Connect test line (4) to shutoff valve (12) of test set (10)
2. Open shutoff valve (12, 13)
3. Close shutoff lever (11).
4. Guide leak oil line (14) into suitable catch vessel







5. Connect compressed air line (15) to compressed air connection (16) and supply with compressed air.







6. Close shutoff lever (13).
7. Disconnect compressed air line (15) from compressed air connection (16).







The reading on the pressure gauge (17) of the test set (10) should not change more than 30 mbars during a measuring period of 10 seconds If the pressure changes significantly the hydraulic cylinder is leaky and should be replaced.







8. Disconnect test line (4) from hydraulic cylinder
9. Open shutoff valve (13)
10. Connect compressed air line (15) to compressed air connection (16) and supply pressure for cleaning the test set (10) approx. 20 seconds
