Component Identification:

Shown on transmission 716.635
1 Support transmission (6) with telescopic lifter and secure to prevent it from falling down.
Raise or lower transmission (6) using telescopic lifter and transmission plate until pin (2a) and locking pin (3) can be removed/installed free of tension.
2 Release lock for bolt (2a) using screwdriver and swivel bolt (2a) up through 90 degrees.
3 Remove bolt (2a) from center shifter console (2).
Installation: Grease bolt (2a).
4 Pull locking pin (3) out of connecting piece (4).
Installation: Grease locking pin (3).
5 Remove center shifter console (2) from transmission (6) and shift rod (1) with connection piece (4) from main shift shaft.
Installation: Grease center shifter console (2) and shift rod (1).
6 Install in the reverse order.
