- MODEL 207, 212 with TRANSMISSION 711.6
- Master cylinder supply line






Detach, attach feed hose to brake fluid expansion reservoir

1 Open expansion reservoir (1) for brake fluid and pump out brake fluid.

Do not clamp off feed hose (2) for clutch operating system using clamps or pliers as otherwise it will be damaged.

2 Detach feed hose (2) from connection fitting (1a) of expansion reservoir (1).

Collect brake fluid which runs out with an absorbent rag.

3 Remove seal (2a) from connection fitting (1a)

Installation: Replace gasket (2a).

4 Insert new seal (2a) into feed hose (2) and slide feed hose (2) onto connection fitting (1a) of expansion reservoir (1).





Detach/attach feed hose from/to master cylinder

5 Remove pedal assembly (3) and detach feed hose (2) from connection fitting (4a) of master cylinder (4).
6 Remove seal (2a) from connection fitting (4a)

Installation: Replace gasket (2a).

7 Insert new seal (2a) into feed hose (2) and slide feed hose (2) onto connection fitting (4a) of master cylinder (4).

To simplify assembly, pull feed hose (2) several centimeters into the passenger compartment.
