- with CODE (489) AIRMATIC (air suspension with continuous damper adjustment)
- with CODE (488) Steel/air suspension
- Air spring to frame ground

Component Identification:

1 Remove fragments of the retaining clip (1) from the centering hole (arrow) in the air spring (41).
2 Remove fragments of the retaining clip (1) from the pin (2).
3 Tap a new retaining clip (1) onto the pin (2) using a plastic mallet until the retaining clip (1) lies flat on the frame floor.
