Reset maintenance service indicator in instrument cluster

- Engine oil and filter change
- Check catch, safety catch and hinges on engine hood for proper operation
- DEF evacuate and fill up (Engine 642)
- Check condition of poly-V-belt
- Clean water deflector
- Replace fuel filter (Engine 642)
- Replace brake fluid
- Replace combination filter or dust filter
- Check thickness of brake pads, front and rear
- Correct tire inflation pressure and enter in bar or psi:
- Check inflation pressure in spare tire (if applicable) and enter in bar or psi:

Leakage - Major components
- Check underbody and engine compartment for chafe marks, line routing, damaged components.
- Check DEF lines and components for leaks and damage (Engine 642)
- Visually inspect condition of front axle ball joints, rubber boots
- Visually inspect condition of driveshaft flexible discs
- Visually inspect condition of steering mechanical components, rubber boots

Check the following fluid levels, correct if necessary
- Check coolant level
- Brake system
- Power steering
The fluid level must always be on the maximum mark, corresponding to the oil temperature.
- Windshield washer system

Function check
- Parking brake (function test only)
