Repair Materials:

Wear cotton gloves. Ensure that no fingerprints are present in the bonding surface (1) area. The bonding surface (1) must be free of dust, oil, grease, wax, contamination residues and other adhesive constituents to prevent adhesion problems when glazing.

1. Cut triangular opening of application nozzle so that adhesive can be applied with a height of approx. 13 mm and a width of approx. 8 mm.
2. Guide application nozzle along bonding surface (1) while uniformly pressing out adhesive.

"Pressofix" cartridge gun

Carefully remove adhesive residues immediately. Completely remove excess adhesive from cartridges immediately after applying adhesive and dispose of it as per local regulations.
The length of the two adhesive beads should be approx. 60 mm.
