Stowage basket under rear shelf operates incorrectly

Reason for change

Complaint:
The stowage basket under the rear shelf jams in a crooked position (Figure 1), and cannot be retracted using the retraction button (on the right).

Cause:
The stowage compartment is blocked when rolling up because of extra load on one side and it no longer reacts to the retraction button.

Remedy:
Press the blocked stowage basket down to the lowest position using both hands (Figure 2) so that both sides of the basket are at the same level.

Now the retraction button can be pressed again and the basket rolls up.

Note:
It is not necessary to replace the stowage basket. The complaint was rectified in September 2011 by "discontinuation of locking wheel".
