AR35.10-P-0050-02CW Remove, install rear rubber mount of rear axle center assembly suspension

Component Identification:

Removing
1 Mount hollow piston cylinder (07) using hydraulic hose (023) to hand pump (021).
2 Attach spindle (04), thrust piece hollow piston cylinder (07), counterholder (02) and thrust piece (01) to rear axle carrier (4) and rubber mount (10).
3 Press out rear rubber mounts (10) from rear axle carrier (4)
When turning the spindle (04) into the thrust piece (01), make sure that the spare tire well is not damaged.
If the hollow piston cylinder (07) has reached its max. stroke, release pressure at the hand pump (021), turn the spindle (04) further into the thrust piece (01) and repeat the pressing procedure.

Component Identification:

Install
4 Attach spindle (04), thrust piece (03), hollow piston cylinder (07), thrust piece (05), rubber mount (10) and stop (06) to rear axle carrier (4).
5 Press rubber mount (10) into rear axle carrier (4
When turning the spindle (04) into the stop (06), make sure that the spare tire well is not damaged.
If the hollow piston cylinder (07) has reached its max. stroke, release pressure at the hand pump (021), turn the spindle (04) further into the stop (06) and repeat the dressing procedure.
The shape of the stop (06) determines the end position of the rubber mount (10) in the rear axle carrier (4).
