Task
^ Receive signals
^ Decoding of signals
^ Transmitting signals
Receive signals
Direct lines
- Circuit 30g
- Circuit 31
- Wake-up
- "Digital Audio Broadcasting (Digital Radio) (DAB) L BAND signals" from the multifunction antenna (A28/11) over coaxial line
- "DAB Band III signals" over the rear window antenna structure and coaxial line to the antenna amplifier FM 2 and DAB (A2/19)
Processing of two different DAB frequency ranges:
^ "L band signals" (mainly from conurbation stations)
^ "Band III signals" (mainly from interregional stations)
Decoding of signals
The Digital Audio Broadcasting control unit decodes the "DAB L- band signals" and "band III signals" to obtain pulse code modulation (PCM) signals.
Transmitting signals
Media Oriented System Transport (MOST) signals
- DAB status
- Station lists
- Audio signals
