1 Fold up rear covering (2) of left drip rail (1).
2 Route black, 2-pin coupling (4) of roof sign lamp wiring harness (3), as shown, from below through the opening into the left drip rail (1) and upwards.
3 Clip roof sign lamp wiring harness (3) with red mark (arrow A) into rear reinforcement (5) of left drip rail (1)
The black, 2-pin coupling (4) must be routed 20 mm upwards and out of the left drip rail (1).






4 Route roof sign lamp wiring harness (3) into left drip rail (1) and fasten, as shown, into the retaining clamp guides (8).
5 Fasten roof sign lamp wiring harness (3), as shown, into the front reinforcement guides (7).
6 Route roof sign lamp wiring harness (3) into front area of left drip rail (1) and fasten, as shown, into the shackles (6).
The extended length (arrow B) of the roof sign lamp wiring harness (3) in the front area of the left drip rail (1), is routed later on into the engine compartment and connected to the taxi/ rental vehicle wiring harness.
