1 Release lock (11) on black 44-pin connector (12) and remove contact spring (13) of violet line (vi) from contact cavity "13" of black 44-pin connector (12).
The black 44-pin connector (12) is a discontinued part.

2 Wrap felt tape (15) around comfort telephony wiring harness in area (A) to a length of approx. 960 mm starting from the insulation tape (14).
3 Detach green 7-pin fuse carrier (27) from red/green line (rt/gn).






4 Route comfort telephony wiring harness (1) in removed center console (2), as shown, and fix in place using felt strips (17). Guide violet line (vi) into cutout for gearshift lever.
Note the position at which the comfort telephony wiring harness (1) is routed out (arrow).

5 Connect white 4-pin connector (6) of adapter line (4) to white 4-pin connector (5) of comfort telephony wiring harness (1).
6 Connect violet antenna line connector (7) to violet antenna line connector (8) of comfort telephony wiring harness (1).
