AR82.70-P-8952-01EW Prepare Body For Bonding






The bonding area on the body must be absolutely free of dust and grease. Only use a primer stick when repairing damage in entire bonding area on body flange to prevent adhesion problems when bonding.






1 Cut back remaining adhesive on the body up to a minimum height using suitable scraper. Remove loose adhesive material.
Guide scraper carefully. Otherwise the paint may be damaged.

2 Clean bonding area (1) on body with dry cloth included in repair kit.
3 Repair paint damage in bonding area (1) with primer stick.
